Defence Crème Plus should only be introduced when skin is already comfortable with the dynamic duo of Environ’s Intensive Serum 4 Plus and Antioxidant Defence Crème Plus.

1. Pre-cleanse and cleanse the skin with your preferred Environ Skin Care products.

2. Apply Intensive Serum 4 Plus in combination with Defence Crème Plus. (Environ recommends that you first introduce Intensive Serum 4 Plus, and after 2-3 bottles then introduce Defence Crème Plus).

3. Use morning and evening.

We will send you a return code and return address

Send
Post your items in unused condition back to us.

Write the return code on the outside of the packaging, and then return the product to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for a full refund less carriage charges.

Refund
We will refund your purchase after processing within 14 days.

All we ask is that you inform us by email or post and return the product within 14 working days from the day after receipt.

We recommend using an insured delivery service.

You should allow up to 14 days from receipt of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will typically refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
