STEP 1: Cleanse the skin and tissue or towel dry.

STEP 2: Apply a small amount of the product onto the face with clean fingers. Massage into the skin in upward circular movements.

- Do not remove the mask.

- We recommend that the mask is used  1-7 times per week at night-time.

Post your items in unused condition back to us.

Write the return code on the outside of the packaging, and then return the product to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for a full refund less carriage charges.

Refund
We will refund your purchase after processing within 14 days.

All we ask is that you inform us by email or post and return the product within 14 working days from the day after receipt.

We recommend using an insured delivery service.

You should allow up to 14 days from receipt of your returned goods for your refund to be processed. We will typically refund you using the same payment method that you used to purchase the goods. Postage and packaging charges will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights.
