The extreme fineness of emulsion is a key factor to remove efficiently all types of make-up on the face, eyes and lips. This cleanser removes completely even the most resistant make-up without any detergent or soap in the formulation. A high polarity oil dissolves all types of make-up even the most resistant. It rinses clean, without leaving any pore-clogging residue and will not sting the eyes.

Conventional cleansers and soaps often have a pH over 6, too alkaline for the skin. They produce a strong pH incrementation of the natural acid mantle on the surface of the skin that can last for many hours. During this interval of time the enzymatic activity is perturbed, undesired bacteria can proliferate and perturb the micro-flore balance causing impure skin. When cleansers with high pH are used over a prolonged period of time, epidermal renewal will slow down, the skin can become impure and the complexion will have a loss of radiance.

Gluconolactone is a naturally occurring polyhydroxy acid (PHA) with moisturising, purifying and antioxidant activity. Its ability in free radical scavenging accounts for its antioxidant properties, thereby protecting skin from some of the damaging effects of UV radiation. Gluconolactone offers all the skincare benefits of other AHAs but is more gentle to the skin.

Sodium lactate is the sodium salt of lactic acid, and has keratolitic properties. It is produced by fermentation of a sugar source, such as corn or beets, and then, by neutralising the resulting lactic acid.

Sodium Lactate is one of the Natural Moisturising Factor (NMF) constituent of skin, required in the maintenance of natural hydration. Sodium Lactate is a superior moisturiser, increasing the moisture content of skin by up to 84%. When compared to other commonly used moisturisers, it’s water holding capacity is second only to Hyaluronic Acid. Sodium Lactate effectively forces cells to hold water.

STEP 1: Begin by wetting the skin, then apply a small amount of the cleanser to the face, eye and lip area. Gently massage the cleanser in circular movements to remove impurities.

STEP 2: Rinse the cleanser thoroughly with tepid water. For heavy make-up repeat steps 1 & 2. Tissue or towel dry the skin.

Write the return code on the outside of the packaging, and then return the product to us at your expense in unused condition and in the original undamaged packaging (or packaging of the same quality) for a full refund less carriage charges.
